Official Terms and Conditions for Participation at casino-mauritius.com
Participation in the online casino games (collectively the "Games") is open to residents of legal age in a jurisdiction of residence, where the Games are not prohibited. Employees of casino-mauritius.com (the "Company"), its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the Games. A person who participates in the Games is hereafter called "Player".
By launching the client application, opening an account, use and reuse of such an account, participation in the Games, or acceptance of any prize, Player represents, warrants and certifies all of the following:
1) Player becomes party to the terms and conditions specified by casino-mauritius.com Casino and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions, including any revisions which may periodically take place. 2) The Games are subject to the laws and regulations of the nation of Belize.
3) Player fully understands the standards and laws, as such standards and laws relate to the Games, of the community/legal jurisdiction where he/she is resident. Player has the complete and unrestricted legal right to participate in the Games. Player's participation in the Games is not prohibited by any government with proper jurisdiction.
4) Player has reached the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
5) Player shall not allow any other person or third party; including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse Player's account, accept any prize, or participate in the Games.
6) Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the sole responsibility of Player. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
7) Player's participation in the Games is personal and not professional.
8) User acknowledges that full freedom from errors or incompleteness is impossible to achieve with respect to computer software. Should User become aware that the software contains such error or incompleteness User undertakes to refrain from taking any advantage whatsoever thereof. Moreover, promptly upon becoming aware of such error or incompleteness User shall notify the Company in writing.
Should User fail to fulfil his undertakings under this Clause, the Company, or anyone appointed by the Company, shall be entitled to full compensation for all costs, including costs for rectifying the software, that may be referred to the error or incompleteness in question and Users omission to notify the Company.
9) To maintain a high level of security to protect the User's funds, the Company performs random security checks. The User hereby accepts that the Company maintains the right to demand additional documentation in order to verify the User as the cardholder in the event of a security check. Relating player withdrawals, for a high security and to avoid fraud our casino authorize only 1(one) withdrawal every 7 day(s).
10) The following cash rules are subject to change without notice :

In case of Free Bonus
the player can make a withdrawal from the player Free Bonus gains only by the difference of the initial Bonus.
For example, if USD 20 Bonus, and the player wins USD 250.00
so the player can withdraw (250 - 20) = USD 230.
Free bonus, contest bonus and deposit bonus can be cumulated.
However the player who deposits a little amount and make a global
withdrawal to benefit of bonus gains is completly forbidden.
The player doing this procedure will see his withdrawal amount definitly
lost.
There is no player claims accepted for this procedure and
casino-mauritius.comkeeps the right to put in blacklist the player.
11) Only ONE account per player is allowed. In case of multiple account registered by the same player, ALL GAINS WON by the player are cancelled and accounts are put in blacklist. In any case of the first withdrawal by the player, the player must validate his informations sending to casino-mauritius.com by fax or email a validate copy of his identity card or driver licence within thirty days after the first withdrawal. Beyond this date, the withdrawal is cancelled, the gains lost and the account locked in blacklist.
12) Conditions to register with a Credit Card :
For credit card registration, the player allows casino-mauritius.com to debit his Credit Card of USD 2.00 (two) transaction,
thus to protect casino-mauritius.com from fraudulous transactions. This amount is retrieved on the player account and an extra bonus of
USD 3.00 (three) is added in the casino-mauritius.com player account, this being able accumulated with other contest or Bonus.
This procedure allows casino-mauritius.com to put in the USD 2.00 transaction description a KEYCODE which allows the player to
confirm his account on casino-mauritius.com.
If the player accesses his card statement online, it may take up to 4 business days for his KEYCODE to appear. If the player don't have online access to his statement, the player must wait his printed statement to arrive by mail.
The card carrier is not allowed to reveal the KEYCODE over the phone.

the player account is cancelled and definetly deleted, unless if the player credit card statement is delivered semi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annualy or simply if it is a Debit Card.
In this case the player can claim his identity by sending to casino-mauritius.com by fax or email a copy of his Credit Card (front and back) and his identity card or his driver licence.
13) ERRORS & OMMISSIONS
13.1 If there is any discrepancy between the gaming results on the player computer and the results on the game server for the Casino, the results on the game server for the Casino shall be final and binding. If there is any discrepancy between the player on-screen display and casino-mauritius.com server with respect to balance in the player casino Account, the balance held on casino-mauritius.com server is deemed to be the balance in the player Game Account and this determination will be final and binding. The player will forfeit any amounts shown to be in the playerr Game Account that result from human error or technical default.
13.2 If the player are incorrectly awarded any winnings as a result of (a) any human error on the part of the Service Providers or (b) any bug, defect or error in the Software or (c) the failure of the Casino or the Software to operate in accordance with the rules of any of the Casino’s games then the Company will not be liable to pay the player any such winnings and the player agrees to refund any such winnings that may have been paid to the player by the Company as a result of such error or mistake.
13.3 The Service Providers and their respective licensees, distributors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and all of their officers and directors and employees will not be liable for any damages which may be caused by the interception or misuse of any information transmitted over the Internet.
14) Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Games, prizes, web site, client application, casino-mauritius.com, Gamble-Software LLC. shall be governed by the laws of Belize, excluding choice of law principles.
15) NO WARRANTIES & LIMITED LIABILITY
15.1 THE CASINO AND THE SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED TO THE PLAYER "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. THE SERVICE PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE CASINO, THE ECASH SERVICES OR THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET THE PLAYER REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR SECURE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS ARE CORRECTABLE OR WILL BE CORRECTED. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CASINO AND THE SOFTWARE LIES WITH THE PLAYER. 15.2 THE CASINO OPERATOR'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO THE PLAYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PLAYER USE OF THE CASINO, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THE PLAYER PAID TO ACCESS THE CASINO. casino-mauritius.com’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO THE PLAYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PLAYER USE OF THE ECASH SOFTWARE OR THE ECASH SERVICES WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, AND THE PLAYER SOLE REMEDY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT OF THE FEES PAID TO ECASH DIRECT FOR THE PLAYER USE OF THE ECASH SERVICES AND THE ECASH SOFTWARE. WAGERLOGIC’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO THE PLAYER OR ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PLAYER USE OF THE CASINO SOFTWARE, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT OR IN TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THE PLAYER PAID TO USE THE CASINO SOFTWARE. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL LIMIT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
15.3 IN NO EVENT WILL THE SERVICE PROVIDERS, THEIR LICENSEES, DISTRIBUTORS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES AND ALL OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES, NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE CASINO, THE SOFTWARE OR THE ECASH SERVICES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE CASINO, THE SOFTWARE OR THE ECASH DIRECT SERVICES. THIS DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OR NATURE OF THE LOSSES OR DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS, INTERRUPTIONS, LOSS OF DATA, INACCURATE RESULTS, OR DELAYS, HOWEVER ARISING AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF THE SERVICE PROVIDERS RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, THE PLAYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE NOMINAL FEE, IF ANY, REFLECTS THIS ALLOCATION OF RISK.
15.4 ANY ALLOWABLE CLAIM, IF ANY, WHICH THE PLAYER CAN BRING AGAINST THE SERVICE PROVIDERS MUST BE BROUGHT NO LATER THAN SIXTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND THE PLAYER HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING ANY CLAIM NOT BROUGHT WITHIN SUCH PERIOD.
15.5 IF THE PLAYER IS USING ANY THIRD PARTY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "THIRD PARTY GOODS/SERVICES") IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLAYER USE OF THE CASINO, THE SOFTWARE OR THE ECASH SERVICES, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF SUCH THIRD PARTY GOODS/SERVICES RESTS WITH THE PLAYER. SHOULD SUCH THIRD PARTY GOODS/SERVICES PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE PLAYER ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS.
